than reskinning is not permitted.
this does not apply to undec variants, as those are designed for reskinning.
Importing in this context means Importing add-ons into programs not a part of the Trainz library on personal computers.
Importing add-ons into Trainz Android is not and never will be condoned.
Plagiarism in this context means to pass of my add-ons as your own
if the add-ons are altered, credit is required when asked but specify that it's a reskin, mesh edit, etc.
Mesh-breaking or Reverse engineering of my models is not permitted
